Police Officers Chase Cars All The Time, But Hot Air Balloons? Not So Much.
On February 6, San Bernardino Province Sheriff's agents ended up in what news stations are astutely calling an "immediate pursuit" after concerned occupants of a Yucaipa, California, neighborbood started putting numerous 9-1-1 calls.
Two brilliantly hued sight-seeing balloons had been flying perilously low over the area that day, verging on hitting a few houses and trees. Luckily, it didn't take ache for the reacting representatives to stand out enough to be noticed and request that they arrive, which the two did soon after.
The pilots had clearly recently been taking their exclusive inflatables out for a turn. It didn't appear to enter their thoughts that they could run straight into somebody's housetop.
